Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016 I have developed in-depth knowledge of insurance fraud from my previous experience at an international law firm. I advised insurers in respect of household and commercial property claims and coverage disputes as well as defending fraudulent claims and advising insurers on recovering subsequent losses.
I now operate within a variety of sectors, for businesses of all sizes and high net worth individuals in a broad range of domestic and international cases. I bridge the gap between my clients situation and their desired outcome.
I have worked on a variety of commercial related disputes. Such disputes comprise contractual disputes – including for example warranty claims, breaches of restrictive covenants and misrepresentation claims – professional negligence claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and claims for judicial review.
Even in such challenging circumstances my clients can take comfort in the knowledge I have considerable experience and understand this area of law well. My mission is to find a solution as swiftly and cost-effectively as possible, hopefully without the need for formal proceedings through other forms of dispute resolution including mediation. Where settlement is not possible, I am adept at resolving complex and high value disputes through court proceedings working tirelessly to get the right outcome for my client.
I find peace and balance on my yoga mat and enjoy wellness retreats and hiking. I was once told “there is no growth in comfort” and I am due to take part in a charity skydive this year, pushing myself way out of my comfort zone at 10,000ft, which is pretty impressive for someone afraid of heights!
