Accepting our award, he said ‘This award is special to Tenet. We have been recognised for having a unique business model that is predominant home working, flexible around family and childcare commitments and has put people ahead of profit since we set up since 2016.

When the pandemic hit and changes to the way the world worked meant big changes for many, we were already there trusting our team to just get on with helping clients.

Back in 2016-2020 our approach was seen as risky compared to engaging a traditional law firm model in terms of ensuring people worked hard and progressed client work. We said it was no risk and in fact a benefit to our clients, colleagues and their families. Our clients get motivated, happier lawyers, working with a purpose who are focussed on solutions.  Turns out we were onto something and that is why we won! This award goes to all the team and clients that have bought into our ethos’.
