Through partnership with the University of Birmingham’s law school, the law firm Tenet have been operating a pro-bono scheme for victims of fraud. A key part of the process has been showing how dealing with fraud requires an understanding and learning of both legal and human skills to give confidence and support to those who need it most. This talk will look at a breakdown of skills Tenet look to instil in the law school students and how those students are being educated through fraud.
