The awards recognise and celebrate excellence in the legal sector across the UK, making the shortlisting a proud achievement for the team at Tenet.
The Legal Services Innovation award is given to firms, chambers and in-house teams which have provided innovative changes to the ways of providing legal services.
An innovative approach to working
Tenet’s shortlisting is as a result of its fresh approach to the traditional professional services model.
Prioritising flexible, part-time or remote working is not common practice within traditional law firms, despite the benefits it can bring to both employee morale, productivity and client satisfaction.
Arun Chauhan, Tenet’s founder, realised some of his former colleagues, successful legal professionals, had since left the profession, due to the inability to
find a suitable work-life balance. Tenet’s innovative way of delivering high-quality counter fraud advice and training lawyers with the ability to carry out their career to a high standard in a niche area of work (financial crime compliance, investigations and disputes arising from fraud), whilst still fulfilling various family commitments has proved successful.
“The level of quality of amongst the nominees is exceptionally high. We’re very proud to be a part of the cohort but most importantly, we’re very proud of our team. This nomination wouldn’t have been possible without their continuous hard work and dedication,” says Arun.
